My work has always lived at the point where technology meets the day-to-day reality of a business — where an idea has to survive contact with customers, teams and operations, not just a pitch deck.

I moved from running operations for a consumer brand into building in AI and automation because that's where the leverage is today. Most companies don't fail for lack of vision; they stall in execution — in the messy middle where systems, people and go-to-market have to actually work together.

As Co-Founder and COO of BoostMySites, I help build the infrastructure that lets businesses adopt AI and automation without breaking what already works. And increasingly, I spend my time with early-stage founders — because the lessons that cost me the most are the ones worth passing on fastest.
